How do I return an item?
Unwanted Items can be returned for a refund less a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs. The buyer is obligated to pay to ship the product back to us. Returned items must be in the same condition as they were when you received them, in good condition, unused, undamaged. All original packaging must be returned. Items must be shipped back to us within 7 business days. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to authorize return before product is shipped back to us. (If these requirements are not met items will be shipped back to you at buyers cost.)
Defectives: All defects caused by the manufacturer can be returned for a full refund, less shipping costs. Please email email@example.com for return authorization.
Damaged in Shipping: Please inspect your shipment upon arrival for damages caused during shipping. If goods are damaged please reject shipment and have driver note damage on the freight bill. If you do not note the damage we have no recourse with the shipping company to place a claim and get your money back.
